WELCOME TO MULLENS, WEST VIRGINIA!

Mullens is ATV friendly and you can ride your machine from your cabin to the trail.  We’re only one mile away from The Hatfield-McCoy Trail, Pinnacle Trail.  We’re also very easy to find, as we are right off the new Coalfield Expressway.

There are many great places to eat and experience true Southern West Virginia Hospitality. And if you like to fish, our property borders the Guayandotte river which is stocked every other week!  We also have plenty of parking.

If you love the outdoors ,incredible views, friendly people and the some of the best ATV trails in the south east, you’ll love staying on the Dot!

WE'RE ONLY ONE MILE FROM THE TRAILS!

My husband, myself, and four kids, 8, 10 and two 13 year olds, had the pleasure of staying here last week (4/19-4/24) and we all had a fantastic time. I will say that we all feel honored to be the “first family” to stay at this beautiful establishment! Everyone loved the place and even more our gracious host.

Jeff and Rose Mary are some kind of special! They truly are genuine people that made us feel like family. They went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we might need or want, super accommodating.

Our place was very clean and plenty well stocked with towels, pillows, blankets, sheets, dishes, etc. It was our first time in WV and Jeff was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed for riding and navigating the trails.

When we weren’t riding the kids had fun back at the place playing pool, air hockey, giant Yahtzee, cards, and even fishing right in the back.

Having the river in the back is nice. You sit back there and fish or have a picnic or cookout on one of the grills they have. There’s even a giant fire pit out back with plenty of wood.

Right outside your back door is a gated area for you to park your SXS which is nice.

This place is great and I think they’ve thought of pretty much everything. We can’t wait to go back!❤️❤️❤️❤️
